The Implementation of Bearing Manufacture Equipment System

Abstract: CAD/CAM systems have play an important role in a lot of areas. In this paper , we will give some useful methods according to the development of a management system on bearing manufacture equipment in the Chinese Wa-Fang-Dian Bearing Co. Ltd. .We discussed the total structure of the system and the functions, which include retrieving ,modifying and printing manufacture equipment list. Then we emphasized the version management and electronic signature. And we hope some people can use those methods in their development activities.

This system has been used in WZCAPP system successfully.

Improving Chinese shipping design abilities in order to receive WTOs challenge

Abstract: After China enters into WTO, shipbuilding enterprises will face more furious competition. After shipping industry summaries were analyzed in this paper, we point out some disparities between our shipbuilding enterprises and advanced shipbuilding enterprises: shipbuilding output is not high; shipbuilding mode and technologies drops behind; design cycle is long; quality is difficult to be pledged; production efficiency is low and cost is high; information integration level is low. In order to solve these questions and receive WTOs challenge, we proposed that improving Chinese shipping design abilities by concurrent design, virtual design and virtual enterprise.

Hardware and software of step motor controller based on ISA

Abstract: Base on ISA bus the step motor controller, which can control 3 axes in same time, is described in this paper. The principle of hardware composition and controlling method of software are discussed in detail the application to numerical control system of bearing track grinder is discussed. It proves that the controller is flexible reliable and easy to use, and can be used in other open- loop and accurate step motor control system.

According to the characterization and requirement of the modern inventory management, a Web-based Inventory Management System is presented in this paper. User interfaces, applications, and data are separated to improve the agilities, maintainability and integrality of inventory management. The system structure and key technology are illustrated, the paper firstly applies UML to design and analyze inventory management system.
